Veterans Day!!

What do we have to be Thankful for???- with Thanksgiving soon approaching us I need to force myself to take the time to sip on the savor of the Freedom we so easily take for granted, I mean it was pracitcly something that I was born into,I dont know about you- but I dont recall having to fight for it nor be in the midst of a battle to get where we are today- it was something that someone else did so that I a stranger could recieve this gift, i feel like it was practicly handed to me. Christmas is coming!! How do we know this? The day after Halloween she awakend from sleep and showed herself- it is so easy as Amercans to be constantly entraped in the whats next mentality- Thanksgiving has not even come yet and the commercial world is wanting us to focus on Christmas- "get your shopping done early"- "get your cards ready so noone is forgotten"- "get your dresses and sweaters for the festivities"....blah blah blah!! Christmas is foundation to recall the Spirtitual Freedom we have recieved. John 3:16 " For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that whoever believes in Him shall be saved".

Our calender has order and so does God-He tells us to" Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof." Mathew 6:34
Let us be Thanful for TODAY!!! because " This is the day the LORD has made;
let us rejoice and be glad in it."

Todays The Day!!!

I have been posting blogs for a while and yet have been too self conscious to post anything because I tend to have alot of stinkn thinkn - yet I have come to the realization that - umm... welll. who doesnt!! :p I am not okay- but I am okay with knowing that there is a God that cherishes me no matter what - so this is a BIG step for me- I pray that you are blessed by my nonsense and my pocket full of posies- there is always something hiding out in my pockets,( I will take pictures later) sometimes its cents- sometimes its garbage!! and sometimes itsnothing at all!! But in the end it all comes out in the wash and thats whats important- if ya catch my drift!! or dreft - Haha!! I can tell already that this is going to be fun-
My prayer is that this will open a door for God to really work in a new way in my life so that I can share the testimonies of His Faithfulness - as some of you are going through BIG things now , such as adoption, which is a something that I wished I could say was where we were- but def. something God can do- so we shall see- as for now - I will be content and pray for God to show me how He wants me to use my Blog Spot- if you are reading this, maybe you could pray alongside me in this- because I want it to glorify THE Father!!<>< Ronnie P.
